Returns

Returns Policy: 

We want you to love your cocktail but if you have changed your mind or are otherwise not completely happy with your purchase we will accept a return of unopened product up to 14 days after delivery. Please email us at hello@moorehousecocktails.co.uk or call our office on 0208 065 5475 to arrange. We will exchange the product or refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.

We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or damaged.

All our products are packed in inflatable bottle packs so we’re confident they should arrive without damage but should you have any issues or there has been any accidental damage please call us immediately to discuss.
